Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We are also unable to offer a return or refund service on any personalised items, unless there is a manufacturing issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights; if your item is faulty or damaged on receipt we will exchange or refund it. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item if this occurs at Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be considered for a refund/exchange on a case by case basis.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.


We are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on personalised and bespoke orders. Please ensure all information is correct at the point of ordering. Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

On returning your item you are responsible for the full cost of shipping and ensuring the product is adequately protected. It is your responsibly to photograph the item(s) in the packaging to provide an accurate account of the products

If you are shipping an item(s) over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
